I have had excellent care during my stay here, Yesterday I was not included on the computer system, Today I was to be discharged after receiving my drugs from the pharmacy - I have now been in the day room for 4 hours.

The nurses and staff look after me very well and doctors and nurses on Hartbury Ward look after very well when down. There for my operations on Sept 2nd 2014. Yours sinserley.
